When a customer books an appointment, the staff member assigned to the service will be automatically sent an email to inform them about the date and time. The system will also send a calendar invite to the customer so they will remember to show up on the proper date and time. If you have multiple locations, you can easily set up booking options for each building.

As an example, let’s say you run a gym with five personal trainers.
